All class packages expire one month after purchase except for the 20 and 30-class pack. Reservations that are not cancelled within 2 hours of the class start time will result in the loss of a class or a $10 late cancel/no-show fee for unlimited members. Cancellations can be made on the MindBody app. Classes cannot be transferred or shared. Course enrollments are non-transferable and non-refundable. Private sessions and studio rentals have a 24-hr cancellation policy. Single sessions and class packages can be used across all class offerings with the exception of master classes, courses and specialty workshops. We do not offer refunds on classes/retail.
