Guided by seasoned instructors with a passion for the art form, participants will delve into the rich history and diverse styles of jazz dance, from its roots in African and Caribbean traditions to its evolution on Broadway and beyond. Each weekly session will feature a carefully crafted blend of warm-up exercises, technique drills, progressions and choreographed routines designed to challenge and inspire dancers. As the weeks progress, students will sharpen their movement quality, flexibility, technique and musicality while exploring syncopated rhythms, intricate footwork, and expressive storytelling through dance.
